Delivery across Pakistan
We deliver all over Pakistan. Delivery charges are determined by the product and confirmed with the final payment details. Ask for the expected delivery timing when you place your order.
Payment options
Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer and NayaPay are available. Confirm the payment method and final amount when you place your order.
7-day checking warranty
Every product has a 7-day checking warranty. If a product has a fault during this period, we replace it. Physical damage is not covered. Contact us about the fault so we can arrange the change.
Check the final order details
Before paying, confirm the exact product and quantity, your delivery area, the product-specific delivery charge and the final amount. Ask about expected timing when you place the order. The amount shown in the cart is for the selected products and does not include a delivery charge.
If you find a fault
Contact Kotla Mobiles within the 7-day checking period and describe the problem with the product. We can discuss the fault and arrange a replacement under the checking warranty. Physical damage is excluded, so check the item promptly and keep the order details available when you get in touch.
